The Department Of Health – Eastern Visayas Center For Health Development, Through The Gaa 2023 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Four Hundred Million Philippine Pesos (php 400,000,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract For The Design Of The Samar Island Medical Center Four (4) -storey Medical Service Main Building And Four (4) -storey Support Building And Build Of Main Building Phase 1: Medical Service Main Building - Ground Floor Level And Frame Structure Of Second Floor Level Under Ib No. 2024-01. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Department Of Health – Eastern Visayas Center For Health Development Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of Work Is Required Within The Duration Herein Specified: A. Design Phase, Which Shall Include The Presentation And Approval Of The Detailed Architectural And Engineering Drawings And Processing Of The Issuance Of All Permit Requirements: Ninety (90) Calendar Days B. Construction Phase For Construction Of Samar Island Medical Center - Four (4) Storey: Medical Service Main Building Phase 1 And Conduct Of Post-construction Evaluation: Two Hundred Seventy-five (275) Calendar Days.
