The Department Of Health – Eastern Visayas Center For Health Development, Through The Lhsda Funds Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Hundred Twenty-five Million Pesos (php 125,000,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract For The Negotiated Procurement For The Upgrading Of Doh Evchd Cold Chain Storage Facility And Other Support Building Phase 1 In Brgy. Candahug, Palo, Leyte Under Ib No. 2024-103. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc For Each Item Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. In View Of The Two-failed Biddings, The Department Of Health – Eastern Visayas Center For Health Development, Through Its Bids And Awards Committee (bac) Now Invites Technically, Legally And Financially Capable Bidders For The Above-mentioned Project In Accordance With Sec. 53.1 Of The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of R.a. 9184. Completion Of Work Is Required Within One Hundred Eighty-one (181) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instruction To Bidders). The Procurement Procedure For This Project Is Negotiated Procurement Due To Two (2) Failed Biddings Pursuant To Sec. 53.1 Of The Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of The R.a. 9184, Including Annex “h” Thereof. 3.
