Description The Department Of Health Eastern Visayas Center For Health Development, Through The General Appropriations Act 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million One Hundred Twelve Thousand Pesos (p 1,112,000.00) Only Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Procurement Of Rapid Test Kits Under Ib No. 2024-37. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Automatically Be Rejected At Bid Opening. 2.
