The Department Of Health- Eastern Visayas Center For Health Development Now Invites Bids For The For The Early Procurement Activity (epa) Of The Above Procurement Project, In Accordance With The Provisions Under Appendix 31 Of The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By Sixty (60) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Approved Notice To Proceed (ntp) And Approved Purchase Order (po) With Advance Written Notice Of Delivery From Supplier/bidder Seven (7) Calendar Days Prior To Delivery.
