Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 3. The Department Of Health- Eastern Visayas Center For Health Development Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Services Is Required For A Period Of Twelve (12) Months Upon Receipt Of Approved Notice To Proceed (ntp) And Approved Purchase Order (po).
