The Department Of Health Bicol Center For Health Development (doh Bicol-chd), Through The National Expenditure Program (nep) Intends To Apply The Sum Of Three Million Nine Hundred Ninety Thousand Pesos Only (php 3,990,000.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Procurement Of Blood Donor Kits Under Ib No. 25-04.
