The project will be fully documented by an architect for the construction of a single storey three-unit development. Criteria for expressions of interest include: 1. Submissions must be provided on the company letterhead. 2. Builders must be registered with the construction supply register. 3. Builders must be registered with the victorian building authority as a building practitioner. 4. Builders must be registered in the category of commercial builder. 5. Builders must provide relevant examples of previous and current work in the following areas: ndis, sda builds disability accommodation, aged care housing, non-for-profit builds, retirement accommodation, class 3 construction builds
