The Department Of Environment And Natural Resources (denr) Through The Through The Fy 2024 General Appropriations Act (gaa) Intends To Apply The Sum Of Pesos: One Million Two Hundred Twelve Thousand (1,212,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payment Under The Contract For The Procurement Of Backup Solar Power System Components For Cctv System Installed Along The Manila Baywalk Shoreline Under Bid Ref. No. Denr-co-2024-073 Rebid. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Denr Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. The Supply And Delivery Must Be Completed Within Twenty (20) Calendar Days From The Date Of Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within The Last Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
