The Department Of Environment And Natural Resources, Rxi Through The General Appropriation Act (gaa) Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million One Hundred Ninety Thousand Pesos Only (p1,190,000.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For The Ordering Agreement For The Hotel Accommodation Services For Denr Xi (provinces) For Cy 2025, Categorized Into Lots Namely: Lot 1- Hotel Accommodation – Davao Del Norte Abc-p420,000.00 Lot 2 – Hotel Accommodation – Davao Oriental Abc-p770,000.00 Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Department Of Environment And Natural Resources, Rxi Now Invites Bids For The Ordering Agreement For The Hotel Accommodation Services For Denr Xi (provinces) For Cy 2025 For The Period Of One (1) Year. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By Ten (10) Days Upon Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
