Barobo, Brgy. Dagohoy, Municipality Of Talaingod Brief Description: Construction Of 1 Unit 20 Cu.m. Spring Development Project Consisting Of One (1) Unit Intake Box (box Spring) Connected To One (1) Unit Water Reservoir With Tub Enough To Contain One (1) Cubic Meter Of Outflow Water. Dimension Of The Reservoir Shall Be 2.7x2.7x2.8 Meters While The Intake Box Shall Be 1x1x1.5 Or At Least 1.5cu.m. Distance Between Intake Box And Reservoir Is Variable From 200 Meters To 2,000 Meters. This Also Include 1 Tap Stand With Concrete Flooring In Selected Location As Identified By The People’s Organization Or Barangay Officials. Approved Budget Cost: One Million Three Hundred Twenty Thousand Pesos Only (p1,320,000.00) Contract Duration : 90 Days The Penro-ddn Is Conducting This Procurement Through The Early Procurement Activity (epa) For Fy 2025 To Ensure The Timely Delivery Of Goods, Implementation Of Infrastructure Projects And Rendition Of Consultancy Services, Consistent With The Gppb Resolution No. 14-2019 Dated July 17, 2019. Epa Shall Refer To The Conduct Of Procurement Activities, From Posting Of The Procurement Opportunity, If Required, Until Recommendation Of The Bids And Awards Committee (bac) To The Hope As To The Award Of The Contract For Goods To Be Delivered, Infrastructure Projects To Be Implemented And Consulting Services To Be Rendered In The Following Fiscal Year (i.e. Fy 2025), Pending Approval Of Their Respective Funding Sources. The Penro-ddn Now Call For The Submission Of Letter Of Intent (lois)/quotation From Potential Filipino Bidders. Prospective Bidders Shall Submit The Eligibility Requirements To The Bac Secretariat Office In Penro Davao Del Norte, Km. 55 National Highway, Tagum City. Prospective Bidders Should Possess Appropriate Education, Expertise, Engineering Experience And Capability For The Project. Have Completed Similar Contract/s With A Value Of At Least 50% Of The Herein Abc And Have Key Personnel And Equipment Available For The Execution Of The Contract. The Bac Will Use A Non-discretionary Pass/fail Criterion In The Eligibility Check/screening As Well As Preliminary Examination Of Bids As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. The Bac Will Conduct Post-qualification Of The Lowest Calculated Bid.
