Salvacion, National Highway, Tagum City Brief Description: Phase Iii Building Construction Of Cenro Panabo City To Be Functional To Include The Following Works: 1) Masonry Works For 2nd Floor Walling, Comfort Rooms And Façade. 2) Completion Of Building Roofing Design. 3) Ceiling Works For 2nd Floor. 4) Painting Works For The Entire 2nd Floor And Trusses 5) Glass Works For Divisions, Doors And Windows 6) Tile Works For Ground Floor Façade, Pwd Ramp, 2nd Floor Flooring, Stairs And Comfort Rooms 7) Plumbing Works For Two (2) Comfort Rooms And Lavatories 8) Electrical Works For The Entire 2nd Floor With Lights, Approved Budget Cost: Five Million Pesos (p5,000,000.00) Contract Duration : 150 Days The Penro-ddn Is Conducting This Procurement Through The Early Procurement Activity (epa) For Fy 2025 To Ensure The Timely Delivery Of Goods, Implementation Of Infrastructure Projects And Rendition Of Consultancy Services, Consistent With The Gppb Resolution No. 14-2019 Dated July 17, 2019. Epa Shall Refer To The Conduct Of Procurement Activities, From Posting Of The Procurement Opportunity, If Required, Until Recommendation Of The Bids And Awards Committee (bac) To The Hope As To The Award Of The Contract For Goods To Be Delivered, Infrastructure Projects To Be Implemented And Consulting Services To Be Rendered In The Following Fiscal Year (i.e. Fy 2025), Pending Approval Of Their Respective Funding Sources. The Penr Office Now Call For The Submission Of Letter Of Intent (lois)/quotation From Potential Filipino Bidders. Prospective Bidders Shall Submit The Eligibility Requirements To The Bac Secretariat Office In Penro Davao Del Norte, Km. 55 National Highway, Tagum City. The Bac Will Issue Bidding Documents Only To Bidders Declared By The Bac To Be Eligible For The Bidding Upon Payment Of The Non-refundable Amount Of Five Thousand Pesos (php5,000.00) To The Penro Cashier. Prospective Bidders Should Possess Appropriate Education, Expertise, Engineering Experience And Financial And Technical Capability For The Project. Have Completed Similar Contract/s With A Value Of At Least 50% Of The Herein Abc And Have Key Personnel And Equipment Available For The Execution Of The Contract. The Bac Will Use A Non-discretionary Pass/fail Criteria In The Eligibility Check/screening As Well As Preliminary Examination Of Bids. The Bac Will Conduct Post-qualification Of The Lowest Calculated Bid.
