With 5,020 Seedlings 483,300 The Penro-ddn Is Conducting This Procurement Through The Early Procurement Activity (epa) For Fy 2025 To Ensure The Timely Delivery Of Goods, Implementation Of Infrastructure Projects And Rendition Of Consultancy Services, Consistent With The Gppb Resolution No. 14-2019 Dated July 17, 2019. Epa Shall Refer To The Conduct Of Procurement Activities, From Posting Of The Procurement Opportunity, If Required, Until Recommendation Of The Bids And Awards Committee (bac) To The Hope As To The Award Of The Contract For Goods To Be Delivered, Infrastructure Projects To Be Implemented And Consulting Services To Be Rendered In The Following Fiscal Year (i.e. Fy 2025), Pending Approval Of Their Respective Funding Sources. 2. The Penr Office Now Call For The Submission Of Letter Of Intent (lois)/quotation From Potential Filipino Bidders Whose Sites Were Previously Surveyed And Assessed/planned. 3. For Implementation Management Purposes, Prospective Bidders Must Be Individual Family Heads From Their Respective Project Sites Collectively Represented By Their Respective Upland People’s Organizations Who Holds Government Tenure Instrument Or Whose Membership Have Subsisting Tenurial Instruments With Denr Or Ncip And Has 1 Year Experienced Of Managing Reforestation Or Watershed Rehabilitation Projects From Any Funding Source. Provided That The Government-registered People’s Organization Guarantees Management Of The Project. 4. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedure Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act 9184 And Such Other Requirements As Indicated In The Bidding Documents. A. Interested Bidders Are Invited/requested To Submit Their Bid Proposals Based On Indicative Budget Through This Invitation To Bid; B. The Penro-ddn Will Evaluate The Bid Proposal And Determine The Winning Bidder. The Financial Bid Proposal Of The Winning Bidder Will Be The Contract Price/amount Which Is Considered Fixed Price.
