The Department Of Environment And Natural Resources -provincial Environment And Natural Resources Office (denr-penro)- South Cotabato Through General Appropriations Act Or Republic Act 11975 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Twenty Million One Hundred Ten Thousand Pesos (p20,110,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Building Construction Of Proposed Two-storey With Roofdeck For Penro South Cotabato Office Building (phase I) With Itb No. Denr-penro Sc-2024-003. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Department Of Environment And Natural Resources -provincial Environment And Natural Resources Office (denr-penro)- South Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Within One Hundred Fifty (150) Calendar Days To Commence Upon The Receipt Of Notice To Proceed (on Or Before January 26, 2025). Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4.
