Description Construction Of Penro South Cotabato Office Building (phase I) 1. The Department Of Environment And Natural Resources -provincial Environment And Natural Resources Office (denr-penro)- South Cotabato, Through National Expenditure Program (nep) For F.y 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Fifteen Million One Hundred Ten Thousand Pesos (p15,110,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Construction Of Penro South Cotabato Office Building (phase I). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Department Of Environment And Natural Resources -provincial Environment And Natural Resources Office (denr-penro)- South Cotabato Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Within One Hundred Twenty (120) Calendar Days To Commence Upon The Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
