Description The Contractor Shall Delineate The Easement Along 20-km Stretch (10-km Each Side) Of Pagsanjan River In The Province Of Laguna With Complete Markings And Inventory Of Settlers And Structures For A Period Of Five Months And Closely Coordinate With Concerned Local Government Units Of Pagsanjan And Lumban, Laguna Prior And During The Conduct Of Delineation And Inventory. They Must Also Ensure That All Relevant Data (e.g. Maps, Census, Etc.) Are Gathered And Made Available For Reference And Included In The Final Report. The Cadastral Map And/or The Actual Edge Of The River Shall Be The Primary Basis Of Delineation, In Which Observations And Information Gathered Must Be Recorded In The Complete Survey Return. Aerial Drone Survey Should Also Be Conducted Of The River As Well As Use Pvc Markers Which The Position Of Shall Be Recorded As Guided By Sec. 20 Of Dmc 2010-13 (adoption Of The Manual On Land Survey Procedures). Further, The Contractor Shall Conduct Inventory And Mapping Of All Settlers And Structures Within The Delineated Easement Areas Using The Pro-forma Inventory Form To Be Provided By The Denr Penro Laguna. Timely Reports Supported By Maps And Geotagged Photos Must Be Submitted To Denr Penro Laguna.
