The Department Of Environment And Natural Resources Penro Baler, Aurora; Through The General Appropriations Act, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Nine Hundred Thousand Pesos (php 900,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Procurement Of Drone, Real Time Kinematic (rtk) Module And Battery Kit For The Official Use Of Denr-penro Aurora. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At The Bid Opening. 2. The Denr-penro Baler, Aurora Now Invites Bids For The Procurement Of Drone, Real Time Kinematic (rtk) Module And Battery Kit For The Official Use Of Denr-penro Aurora (see Attached Technical Specifications “annex A”): “short Of Awarding For This Is Covered Under Early Procurement Activity (epa) For Cy 2025 Budget”. Delivery Of The Goods Shall Be Completed Within Sixty (60) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed. Bidder Should Have Been Completed Contract Similar To The Project. 3.
