Description Project Duration: Comprehensive Site Development Project Including Social Mobilization And 1st Cycle Pmep One(1) Year Scope Of Work Comprehensive Site Development 1.1 Seedling/potted Bamboo Culm Production/ Procurement And Nursery Site Establishment 1. Seedling Bamboo Culm Production/procurement Activities Including 10% Mortality Of Seedlings Required And Construction Of Nursery Facilities Using Light Materials 2. Construction Of Bunkhouse Using Light/indigenous Materials Measuring 4mx5m 3. Seedling Procurement May Be Allowed Provided That The Partner Implementer Shall Ensure That Seedlings To Be Procured Will Pass The Denr Standards/specifications 1.2 Site Preparation And Plantation Development Strip Brushing Staking And Hole Digging Seedling Transport And Hauling Planting 1.3 1st Cycle Pmep 1.3.a. Strip Brushing/cultivation/ring Weeding 1.3.b. Fertilizer Application 1.3.c Setting Up Of Poles/markers/signages Including Fabrication, Hauling And Installation Using Prescribed Format Based On The Technical Specifications Of Poles/markers And/or Signages Under Maintenance And Protection (m&p) Year1-3 Of Enhanced National Greening Program (engp). (see Annex A) 1.3.d. Replanting And Re-staking (10% Of The Total Seedlings Requirement Per Ha.) 1.3.e. Fireline Construction And Maintenance (if Applicable) 1.3.f. Patrol Work The Production Of Seedlings Will Be On Site As To The Target Area For Planting. If The Seedlings Are To Be Produced Outside The Project Site, The Stakeholder/partner Implementer Shall Shoulder The Hauling And Transportation Costs Of Seedlings To The Planting Site. Hauling Of The Seedlings Shall Be Conducted At Least First Quarter Of The Year. Local Communities Will Be Tapped As Partners/implementer In The Identified Nursery Activities. Prior To Project Implementation The Stakeholder/partner Implementer Shall Conduct Coordination And Community Assembles In All Barangays Covered By The Project Site And Other Cepa Related Activities That Will Promote The Enhanced National Greening Program.
