Small Water Impounding System (swis) In Marag, Luna Apayao” Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 1. Penro-apayao Now Invites Bidders For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required By Not Later Than One Hundred (100) Calendar Days From The Date Of Notice To Proceed (ntp).
