Description Invitation To Bid For The Procurement Of Security Services Of Denr-apayao For Fy 2024 (pb2024-001-apayao) 1. The Denr-apayao, Through The National Expenditure Program (nep) For Fy 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Six Hundred Thirteen Thousand Pesos (₱1,613,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments For The Contract Of Procurement Of Security Services Of Denr-apayao For Fy 2024 (pb2024-001-apayao). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. Place Of Assignment Are As Follows: A. Penro Office - San Isidro Sur Luna, Apayao. B. Cenro Conner Office - Buluan Conner, Apayao C. Cenro Calanasan Office - Sub Office: San Gregorio Luna, Apayao 2. The Denr-apayao Now Invites Bid For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Service Is Required By January 1, 2024 To December 31, 2024. Three (3) Guards Per Shift For 3 Offices (penro Office, Cenro Calanasan Office, Cenro Conner Office) In Which Per Guard Has To Be On Duty For Eight (8) Hours Per Day, Seven (7) Days A Week. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two (2) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Nondiscretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
