Small Water Impounding System (swis) At Barangay Badduat, Kabugao, Apayao The Provincial Environment And Natural Resources Office – Apayao (penro-apayao), Through The Authorized Appropriations Under The Fy 2025 General Appropriations Act, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Seven Hundred Thirty- Three Thousand Pesos (php: 733,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The “construction Of 10 Cu.m. Small Water Impounding System (swis) At Barangay Badduat, Kabugao,apayao” Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 1. Penro-apayao Now Invites Bidders For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required By Not Later Than Ninety (90) Calendar Days From The Date Of Notice To Proceed (ntp). Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 2. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Nondiscretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
