The Department Of Environment And Natural Resources, Community Environment And Natural Resources Office (cenro)-valencia City, New Integrated Transport Terminal Complex (nittc), Hagkol, Poblacion, Valencia City, Bukidnon Through 2025 National Expenditure Program (nep) And Physical And Financial Plan For F.y. 2025 To Be Conducted Under Early Procurement Activities (epa) Intends To Apply The Sum Of Six Million Two Hundred Thirty-seven Thousand Pesos (php 6,237,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Construction Of Two (2) Units Small Water Impounding System (swis) Located At Barangay Ninoy Aquino, Kalilangan, Bukidnon (40 Cu.m.) And Barangay Gandingan, Pangantucan, Bukidnon (50 Cu.m.). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Department Of Environment And Natural Resources, Cenro-valencia City, Nittc, Hagkol, Poblacion, Valencia City, Bukidnon Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Required Is Ninety (90) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4.
