Description The Department Of Education, Schools Division Of La Carlota City, Through Its Bids And Awards Committee (bac), Intends To Procure Meals For The Conduct Of Instructional Supervision For The School Heads: A Transformative Enhancement In Making Mangkasanon Champion On Feb. 4-7, 2025 Through Negotiated Procurement - Small Value Procurement (sec. 53.9) Of The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations Of Republic Act No.9184. Quotations Exceeding The Approved Budget For The Contract (php 94,000.00) Shall Be Rejected. Evaluation Of Quotation And Award Of Contract Shall Be Done On Per Lot Basis. Award Of Contract Shall Be Made To The Lowest Quotation Complies With The Technical Specification, Requirements And Other Terms And Conditions Stated Herein. Supplier Is Restricted To Filipino Citizen/sole Proprietorship, Organization With At Least 60% Interest Or Outstanding Capital Stock Belonging To Citizens Of The Philippines.
