The Department Of Education- Division Of Misamis Oriental, Through The Fy 2024 General Appropriations Act Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million, Seven Hundred Thirty-seven Thousand, Three Hundred Nineteen Pesos And Forty-seven Centavos Only (php1,737,319.47) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Procurement Of Security Services For Cy 2024 Of The Department Of Education- Schools Division Of Misamis Oriental With Project Identification Number Pb-bac1-services-2024-001. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Department Of Education- Division Of Misamis Oriental Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Services Is Required By 1 Year. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within 5 Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Nondiscretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
