The Department Of Education Region Ix, Through The Government Of The Philippines (gop), Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Million Five Hundred Sixty Thousand Pesos (php 2,560,000.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Procurement Of Board And Lodging For The Regional Training Workshop Of Receiving Junior Hs, Senior Hs And Als Teachers On Sped Content And Pedagogy At Zamboanga Del Norte On November 25-29, 2024 /pr No. 2024 10 203. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Department Of Education Region Ix, Through The Bids And Awards Committee (bac) Now Invites Bids For The Goods/services Contemplated In This Project. The Expected Completion Of Delivery Of The Goods/services Is Detailed Specified In Section Vi. Schedule Of Requirements Of This Bidding Documents. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. A. Bidding Is Restricted To Filipino Citizens/sole Proprietorships, Partnerships, Or Organizations With At Least Sixty Percent (60%) Interest Or Outstanding Capital Stock Belonging To Citizens Of The Philippines, And To Citizens Or Organizations Of A Country The Laws Or Regulations Of Which Grant Similar Rights Or Privileges To Filipino Citizens, Pursuant To Ra No. 5183. 4. Upon Receipt Of The Bidder’s Information Sheet, The Bac Secretariat Will Send Through Email The Details Of The Deped Ro Ix Trust Fund Account For Payment. Upon Payment, Bidders May Send Through Email The Proof Of Payment Before The Deadline For Submission Of Bids. Upon Receipt Of Proof Of Payment, The Bac Secretariat Will Send The Electronic Copy Of The Bidding Documents. 6. Bids Must Be Duly Received By The Bac Secretariat Through Manual Submission At The Office Address Indicated Below On Or Before 1:30pm October 30, 2024. Late Bids Shall Not Be Accepted. 8. All Bids Must Be Accompanied By A Bid Security In Any Of The Acceptable Forms And In The Amount Stated In Itb Clause 14. 9. Bid Opening Shall Be At 2:00pm October 30, 2024 At The Conference Hall, Deped Ro-9, President Corazon C. Aquino Regional Government Center, Balintawak, Pagadian City And/or Through Video Conferencing Or Webcasting Via Teams. The Department Of Education Region -ix Reserves The Right To Reject Any And All Bids, Declare A Failure Of Bidding, Or Not Award The Contract At Any Time Prior To Contract Award In Accordance With Sections 35.6 And 41 Of The 2016 Revised Irr Of Ra No. 9184, Without Thereby Incurring Any Liability To The Affected Bidder Or Bidders.
