The Department Of Education Region Ix, Through The Government Of The Philippines (gop), Intends To Apply The Sum Of Three Million Six Hundred Thousand Pesos (php 3,600,000.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Procurement Of Board And Lodging For The Conduct Of Regional Training Of Division Trainers And School Leaders On The Matatag Curriculum On March 21-26, 2024 At Zamboanga Del Norte /pr No. 2024 02 041. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Department Of Education Region Ix, Through The Bids And Awards Committee (bac) Now Invites Bids For The Goods/services Contemplated In This Project. The Expected Completion Of Delivery Of The Goods/services Is Detailed Specified In Section Vi. Schedule Of Requirements Of This Bidding Documents. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. A. Bidding Is Restricted To Filipino Citizens/sole Proprietorships, Partnerships, Or Organizations With At Least Sixty Percent (60%) Interest Or Outstanding Capital Stock Belonging To Citizens Of The Philippines, And To Citizens Or Organizations Of A Country The Laws Or Regulations Of Which Grant Similar Rights Or Privileges To Filipino Citizens, Pursuant To Ra No. 5183. 4. Interested Bidders May Signify Their Intent To Purchase The Bidding Documents Through Email At Region9.bac@deped.gov.ph. Upon Receipt Of The Bidder’s Information Sheet, The Bac Secretariat Will Send Through Email The Details Of The Deped Ro Ix Trust Fund Account For Payment. Upon Payment, Bidders May Send Through Email The Proof Of Payment Before The Deadline For Submission Of Bids. Bids Must Be Duly Received By The Bac Secretariat Through Manual Submission At The Office Address Indicated Below On Or Before 1:30pm March 6, 2024. Late Bids Shall Not Be Accepted. 8. All Bids Must Be Accompanied By A Bid Security In Any Of The Acceptable Forms And In The Amount Stated In Itb Clause 14. 9. Bid Opening Shall Be At 2:00pm March 6, 2024 At The Conference Hall, Deped Ro-9, President Corazon C.
