The Department Of Education Regional Office Ii, Through The Gaa 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Fifty-one Million Nine Hundred Ninety-eight Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty-eight Pesos And 60/100 (p 51,998,858.60) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For The Procurement Of Goods: Production And Delivery Of Self Learning Modules For Fy 2024. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Department Of Education Regional Office Ii Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By Forty-five (45) Working Days. No Request For Extension Of Contract Duration Will Be Entertained Unless The Reason For The Request Is Caused By A Fortuitous Event. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
