Description Invitation To Bid For The Procurement Of Training Venue/function Hall, Hotel Accommodation, Meals And Snacks And Catering Services On The Conduct Of Division Training Of Trainers For The Tle 4&7, Mapeh 4&7 Teachers On The Matatag Curriculum – Lot 3 - Rebid 1. The Department Of Education-schools Division Of Isabela, Through The Fy 2024 Gaa Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Seven Hundred Seventy Thousand Pesos (1,770,000.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For The Lot. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc For Each Lot Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Department Of Education-schools Division Of Isabela Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By June 30, 2024 – July 1-5, 2024. Bidders Should Have Completed At Least One (1) Contract That Is Equivalent To At Least Fifty Percent (50%) Of The Abc Similar To The Project. If The Bidder Has No Single Contract Equivalent To 50% Of The Abc, Bidder Should Have Completed At Least Two (2) Similar Contracts And The Aggregate Contract Amounts Should Be Equivalent To At Least 50% Of The Abc And The Largest Of These Similar Contracts Must Be Equivalent To At Least Half Of The 50% Of The Abc. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. Bidding Is Restricted To Filipino Citizens/sole Proprietorships, Partnerships, Or Organizations With At Least Sixty Percent (60%) Interest Or Outstanding Capital Stock Belonging To Citizens Of The Philippines, And To Citizens Or Organizations Of A Country The Laws Or Regulations Of Which Grant Similar Rights Or Privileges To Filipino Citizens, Pursuant To Ra No. 5183. 4.
