Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Of The Project Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Schools Division Of Zamboanga Del Norte, Through The Bids And Awards Committee, Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. The Delivery Of The Goods Is Required To Be Completed Within The Given Training Schedules. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
