The Department Of Education (deped) Schools Division Of Surigao Del Norte, Through The Gaa 2023, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Seven Million Nine Hundred Twenty-two Thousand Two Hundred Eighty And 70/100 Pesos Only (php 7,922,280.70), Being The Aggregate Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Repair/rehabilitation Of Two (2) Units 1 Sty 2 Cl Ffccciii Building, Multi-purpose Covered Court, Perimeter Fence And Guard House Of Surigao Del Norte Nhs Under Savings Of Qrf 2023. Project Description: Repair/rehabilitation Of 4 Cl, Repair Of Perimeter Fence, Repair Of Covered Court And Repair Of Guard House Name Of School: Surigao Del Norte National High School Location No. Cl To Be Repaired: 4 Cl Abc Php 7,922,280.70 Project Duration: 135 C.d. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc For Each Lot Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Deped, Through The Division Bids And Awards Committee (bac), Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. Bidding Is Restricted To Filipino Citizens/sole Proprietorships, Cooperatives, And Partnerships Or Organizations With At Least Seventy Five Percent (75%) Interest Or Outstanding Capital Stock Belonging To Citizens Of The Philippines. 4. Interested Bidders May Obtain Further Information From The Bac Secretariat At Sgod Office And Inspect The Bidding Documents At The Address Indicated Herein For Issuance Of Bidding Documents During Office Hours. 5.
