Bids Received That Exceed The Abc Shall Be Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. Deped-division Of Sultan Kudarat, Through Its Bids And Awards Committee (bac), Now Invites Bids For The Above-mentioned Procurement Project. Prospective Bidders Must Have An Experience Of Having Completed At Least One (1) Contract That Is Similar To The Contract To Be Bid.
