Pursuant To Section 53.1 Of The Updated 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations Of Republic Act No. 9184, The Department Of Education - Schools Division Of Negros Oriental, Through Its Bids And Awards Committee (bac), Invites Technically And Financially Capable Bidders To Participate In The Negotiation For The Project: Provision Of Venues, Meals, Accommodation And Training Supplies For Various Seminars, Trainings And Workshops Funded By Gender And Development (gad) For Quarter 1 And 2 Of Cy 2024 (negotiated Procurement) With A Total Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) Of One Hundred Thirty Nine Thousand Three Hundred Seventy Eight Pesos And 03/100 Centavos (php 139,378.03), Details As Follows: Lot Project Description Total Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) 4 Training Supplies Php 139,378.03 Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. Negotiations Shall Be Open To All Interested Bidders. Completion Of The Works Is Required Within 30 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. 3. Bidder/s Who Bought Bid Documents In Any Of The Two Failed Biddings Will Not Be Charge. A Fee Of Five Hundred Pesos (php500.00) Will Be Charge For New Bidder/s. 4.
