In The Case Of Electronic Submission, The Quotation Shall Be In A Password-protected Compressed Archive Folder. The Password For Accessing The File Will Be Disclosed By The Bidder(s) Only During The Actual Opening Of Bid/quotation. If A Bid Price/unit Price Per Item, As Evaluated And Calculated Is Higher Than The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc), The Bidder Submitting The Same Shall Be Automatically Disqualified.
