The Department Of Education (deped) Schools Division Of Leyte, Through The Cy 2024 Beff Last Mile Schools Program, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Seventeen Million Three Hundred Fourteen Thousand Two Hundred Ninety-four Pesos & 14/100 Only (php 17,314,294.14), Being The Aggregate Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Procurement For The Construction Of Classrooms At The School Site, As Described Below: Lot No. 1 Proposed Construction Of One (1) Storey - Four (4) Classrooms School Building (with Toilet) With Provision Of Rainwater Collector, School Furniture, Solar Pv Energy System, Water System At Anislagan Ps, Calubian (abc = Php 17,314,294.14) Abc/cluster Abc ( Php 17,314,294.14) Cost Of Bidding Documents (php) 20,000.00 Contract Duration (calendar Days) 250 Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening." 2. The Deped, Through The Bids And Awards Committee (bac), Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Two Hundred And Fifty (150) Calendar Days After Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary Pass/fail Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act 9184 (ra 9184), Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”.
