The Department Of Education (deped) Schools Division Of Leyte, Through The Cy 2024 Beff Conservation And Restoration School Building Program, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Four Million Ten Thousand Four Hundred Forty-seven Pesos & 89/100 Only (php 4,010,447.89), Being The Aggregate Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Procurement For The Repair Of Gabaldon Sb At The School Site, As Described Below: Lot No. 2 Proposed Conservation And Restoration Of One (1) Storey - Three (3) Classrooms Gabaldon School Building At Matlang Es, Isabel (abc = Php 4,010,447.89) Abc/cluster Abc ( Php 4,010,447.89) Cost Of Bidding Documents (php) 10,000.00 Contract Duration (calendar Days) 150 Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening." 2. The Deped, Through The Bids And Awards Committee (bac), Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary Pass/fail Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act 9184 (ra 9184), Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”.
