The Department Of Education (deped) Schools Division Of Leyte, Through The Cy 2024 Lms Program, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Twelve Million Three Hundred Thirty Eight Thousand Six Hundred Forty Four Pesos And Thirty Two Cents (php12,338,644.32), Being The Aggregate Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Procurement For The Construction Of School Building Package For The Last Mile School Cy 2024, Lot No. 2, As Described Below: Lot No. 2 Construction Of One (1) Storey-two (2) Classrooms School Building (without Common Toilet) With Provision Of Rainwater Collector, Water Sanitation Facilities (4-seater), School Furniture And Solar Pv Energy System At Burubud An Elementary School, Abuyog (abc = Php 12,338,644.32) Abc/cluster Abc (php 12,338,644.32) Cost Of Bidding Documents (php25,000.00) Contract Duration (calendar Days) 150 Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening." 2. The Deped, Through The Bids And Awards Committee (bac), Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required One Hundred And Fifty (150) Calendar Days After Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project.
