(8) The Item/s Shall Be Delivered According To The Accepted Offer Of The Bidder. (9) The Delivery Of The Item/s Shall Be Acknowledged Upon The Delivery To Confirm The Compliance With The Technical Specifications. (10) Payment Shall Be Made After Delivery And Upon Submission Of The Required Supporting Documents. (11) The Supplier Must Pay The Procuring Entity Liquidated Damages, Not By Way Of Penalty, An Amount Equal To One-tenth (1/10) Of One Percent (1%) Of The Cost Of The Delayed Goods Or Services Scheduled For Delivery Or Performance For Every Day Of Delay. The Liquidated Damages Will Be Imposed Until Such Goods Or Services Are Finally Delivered Or Performed And Accepted By The Procuring Entity Concerned. In No Case Shall The Sum Of Liquidated Damages Reach Ten Percent (10%) Of The Contract Amount.
