The Department Of Education - Division Of City Of Bogo, Through The Funding Year 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Five Hundred Forty-six Thousand Pesos Only (php 546,000.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Security Guard Services Of Deped Division Of City Of Bogo For Cy 2024 (re-bid) With Project No. Itb 202312-04. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc For Each Lot Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Department Of Education - Division Of City Of Bogo Now Invites Bids For Security Guard Services Of Deped Division Of City Of Bogo For Cy 2024. Delivery Of The Services Is Required For A Period Of Ten (10) Months Beginning March 1, 2024, To December 31, 2024. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two (2) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Nondiscretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Irr Of Ra No. 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”.
