The Department Of Education-schools Division Of Bulacan Through The Bids And Awards Committee Intends To Apply The Sum Of Four Million Five Hundred Eighty-five Thousand Six Hundred Fifty-eight Pesos Only (p 4,585,658.00) Being The Abc To Payment Under The Contracts For The Provision Of Nutritious Food Products To Learners Of The National Learning Camp (nlc) Of Sdo Bulacan-rebid. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within Contract Duration (feeding Days). The Award Of Contract Is On A Per Lot Basis, And Bids Received More Than The Abc Of Each Lot Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Department Of Education-schools Division Of Bulacan Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4.
