The Schools Division Office Of Balanga City, Through The National Expenditure Program Fy 2025 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Million Nine Hundred Twenty- Nine Thousand Six Hundred Pesos (php 2,929,600.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Each Lot/item. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc For Each Lot Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. Lot Number Description Abc 1 Sdo Trainings/seminars/meeting With Less Than 100 Participants 1,311,200.00 2 Sdo Trainings/seminars/meeting With More Than 100 Participants 1,618,400.00 2. The Schools Division Office Of Balanga City Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project, In Accordance With The Provisions Under Appendix 31 Of The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. Delivery Of The Goods Shall Be Based On The Actual Date Of Event Or Activity Provided By The End User. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Nondiscretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
