The Dop School's Receiver Will Not Receive The Milk Items If The Supplier Fails To Deliver The Goods At The Specified Date And Time. If The Delivery Date Falls On A Holiday Or In The Case Of A Force Majeure Which Prevents The Distribution Of The Goods In The School, The Delivery Shall Be Moved To The Next Working Day. The End-user Shall Notify The Supplier In Advance. The Supplier Should Provide Milk Samples For The Pre-taste Test During The Bid Opening For Evaluation By The Bac And Sbfp Twg And Other Members Of The Procurement Team. Any Deviation From The Product Specifications Is Strictly Not Allowed. Items Which Are Not Compliant To The Specifications Stated Herein Shall Be Rejected By The Inspectorate Team And Shall Therefore Be Replaced By The Supplier.
