The Department Of Education-schools Division Office Of Abra (deped-sdo Abra), Through The General Appropriations Act (gaa) Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Hundred Fourteen Thousand Seven Hundred Pesos And Zero Centavos (php 114,700.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) Of Fy 2021 2nd Quarter Common Office Supplies, Materials, And Equipment- Lot 2 "fy 2021 2nd Quarter Office Equipment" 2. The Deped-sdo Abra Now Invites Bids For The Following Items As Listed Under Lot 2 Of The Fy 2021 2nd Quarter Common Office Supplies, Materials, And Equipment: • 7 Units Of Multi-function Printer (scan, Copy, Print), Refill Tank System With An Abc Per Unit Amounting To Ten Thousand Pesos Only (php 10,000.00) • 3 Units Of Desktop Computer With Complete Accessories (processor: Amd; 1 Tb Hdd; 4 Gb Ram; Pre Installed Windows 10 And 2016 Or Higher Microsoft Office) With An Abc Per Unit Amounting To Fourteen Thousand Nine Hundred Pesos Only (php 14,900.00) Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 3. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within 30 Calendar Days Upon The Effectivity Of The Notice To Proceed. 4. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within At Least 6 Months From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 5. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. Bidding Is Restricted To Filipino Citizens/sole Proprietorships, Partnerships, Or Organizations With At Least Sixty Percent (60%) Interest Or Outstanding Capital Stock Belonging To Citizens Of The Philippines, And To Citizens Or Organizations Of A Country The Laws Or Regulations Of Which Grant Similar Rights Or Privileges To Filipino Citizens, Pursuant To Ra No. 5183. 6.
