Fuel For Deped Ro Vehicles, Generator Set, And Other Office Equipment/machines For 2024 > 6,500 Liter Of Diesel > 1,200 Liter Of Gasoline - Procurement Of Diesel And Gasoline For One (1) Year - Provision To All Deped Caraga Regional Office Service Vehicles, Generator Set, And Other Office Equipment/machines - Payment Shall Be Made On A Monthly Basis Upon Submission By The Service Provider Of Its Monthly Billing Statement/statement Of Account - Charge Deped Caraga Regional Office The Fuel Price Per Liter Based On The Actual/prevailing Pump Price Of The Fuel Refilling/service Station On The Day And Time Of Its Availment - Issue To The Office Concerned A Monthly Billing Statement/statement Of Account Which Should Be In Accordance With The Receipts And/or Invoices Issued. The Monthly Billing Shall Indicate The Total Contract Price Per Purchase Order, The Total Consumption As Of The Given Month, And The Available Balance Of The Allotted Budget For The Period Of The Contract - Should Have At Least One (1) Or More Fuel Refilling/service Station With Fuel Card Terminal Within Caraga Region - Service Station/branch Shall Load Fuel Only To The Vehicle Indicated In The Fuel Slip (plate Number, Petroleum Products I. E., Gasoline Or Diesel) - Transaction Slip/receipt/invoice Shall Be Issued Every Time Fuel Is Withdrawn - Contract Duration Shall Be From The Issuance Of Purchase Order Or Notice To Proceed Until December 31, 2024, Or Upon Full Consumption Of The Total Budget Allotted, Whichever Comes First Unless Revoked Due To Valid Reasons And With Prior Information To The Pol Provider - In The Event Of Fuel Shortage, And If The Interest Of Deped Caraga Regional Office Is At Stake, It Shall Reserve Sufficient Amount Of Fuels For Continuous Office Operation - Refuse Issuance Of Fuel Whenever There Is Doubt As To The Authenticity Of The Withdrawal/fuel Slip And Trip Ticket, In Which Case The Regional Office Should Be Informed Immediately
