Provision Of At Least Two (2) Air Conditioning Unit Technicians Who Will Report To Deped Ro On The 3rd Month Of Each Semester Of 2024 For General Cleaning Of All Airconditioning Units, Or Whenever The Need Arises I.e. Whenever An Airconditioning Unit Malfunctions Or Needs Troubleshooting/repair/cleaning 2. Procurement Of Preventive Maintenance And Repair Covers One (1) Year 3. Conduct Of Preventive Maintenance Activities In Accordance With The Approved Work Schedule/ Plan 4. Submit Service Report/post-inspection/accomplishment Report After Every Repair And/or Maintenance Conducted. 5. Maintain A Checklist For Each Air-conditioning Unit (i.e., Type/model/location And History Of Repair/replacement Of Parts Per Unit) To Be Made Readily Available For Inspection By Deped Ro 6. Contract Duration Shall Be From The Issuance Of Purchase Order Or Notice To Proceed Until December 31, 2024, Or Upon Full Consumption Of The Total Budget Allotted, Whichever Comes First Unless Revoked Due To Valid Reasons And With Prior Information To The Service Provider 7. Payment Shall Be Processed And Made After Conduct Of Repair/preventive Maintenance And Upon Submission By The Service Provider Of Its Billing Statement/ Statement Of Account/service Report
