Description Invitation To Bid “supply, Delivery, Installation, Configuration, Testing, And Commissioning Of Led Wall Display System” 1. The Department Of Budget And Management (dbm), Through The Fy 2024 General Appropriations Act, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Thirteen Million Nine Hundred Thousand Pesos (p13,900,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The “supply, Delivery, Installation, Configuration, Testing, And Commissioning Of Led Wall Display System” (project Id No. Dbm-2024-89). The Period For The Performance Of The Obligations Under The Contract Shall Not Go Beyond The Validity Of The Appropriation For The Project. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Dbm Now Invites Bids For The Above-entitled Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required As Specified In Section Vi (schedule Of Requirements) Of The Bidding Documents. Bidders Should Have Completed Within The Period Of December 6, 2019 To December 5, 2024 A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
