Description Invitation To Bid “replacement Of Floor Tiles And Repainting Of Interior Walls And Finishes Of The Corporate Planning And Management Service (cpms) Office” 1. The Department Of Budget And Management (dbm), Through The Fy 2024 General Appropriations Act, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Million Six Hundred Thirty-two Thousand Pesos (p2,632,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The “replacement Of Floor Tiles And Repainting Of Interior Walls And Finishes Of The Corporate Planning And Management Service (cpms) Office” (project Id No. Dbm-2024-88). The Period For The Performance Of The Obligations Under The Contract Shall Not Go Beyond The Validity Of The Appropriation For The Project. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Dbm Now Invites Bids For The Above-entitled Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required As Specified In Section Vi (schedule Of Requirements) Of The Bidding Documents. Bidders Should Have Completed Within The Period Of November 29, 2019 To November 28, 2024 A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
