The Department Of Agriculture-western Visayas Now Invites Bids For The Procurement Of Supply And Delivery Of Bio-fertilizer (by Lot) With The Following Specifications: Lot 1 Microbial-based Fertilizer Containing Azospirillium Spp. At Least 1 X 107 Cfu/g (solid And Powdered) Or 1 X 108 Cfu/g (liquid) Microorganism, With Brochure (protocol) Of The Product Offered Indicating The Number Of Sachet/pack/bag/bottle Per Hectare 8,293 Ha Lot 2 Microbial-based Fertilizer Containing Azospirillium Spp. At Least 1 X 107 Cfu/g (solid And Powdered) Or 1 X 108 Cfu/g (liquid) Microorganism, With Brochure (protocol) Of The Product Offered Indicating The Number Of Sachet/pack/bag/bottle Per Hectare 1,468 Ha Terms And Conditions: • With Certificate Of Product Registration (fpa/bafs); • Must Submit A Quality Control Test Result From The National Institute Of Molecular Biology And Biotechnology (biotech) Or Other Accredited Laboratories During Delivery; • Supplier To Conduct Training/orientation Of The Product To Lgu Beneficiaries; And • Delivery Should Be At Least 8 Months Prior To The Expiration Date.
