Description Section I. Invitation Invitation To Bid For The Rental/lease Of Printing Equipment For Da-central Offices For 12 Months 1. The Department Of Agriculture (da) – Central Office, Through The Early Procurement Activity (epa) Cy 2025 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Pesos: Twelve Million Three Hundred Sixty Thousand Three Hundred Sixty (php12,360,360.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Rental/lease Of Printing Equipment For Da-central Offices For 12 Months Under Ib No. 007-25. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Da – Central Office Now Invites Bids For Rental/lease Of Printing Equipment For Da-central Offices For 12 Months. The Delivery/installation Period Must Be Completed Within Thirty (30) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed (ntp). Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years Prior To The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”.
