The Department Of Agriculture Regional Field Office No. 5 (da Rfo 5), Through The National Expenditure Program (nep) For Cy 2025-paef-corn Intends To Apply The Sum Of Four Million Seven Hundred Thousand Pesos (php4,700,000.00) Being The Abc To Payment Under The Contract For Itb No. 04-goods-corn 2025, As Follows: Lot 1- Supply, Delivery, Installation, And Testing Of Corn Feed Mill And Mixer, Pelletizer, And Generator Set With Powerhouse - 3,500,000.00 Lot 2 – Supply, Delivery, Installation, And Testing Of Feed Pellet Cooler And Corn Husker Sheller - 570,000.00 Lot 3- Supply, Delivery, Installation, And Testing Of Hammer Mill And Multi-crop Pulverizer - 360,000.00 Lot 4 - Supply And Delivery Of Operation And Maintenance Equipment - 270,000.00 Total Php4,700,000.00 Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. The Department Of Agriculture Regional Field Office No. 5 Now Invites Bids For The Supply, Delivery, Installation And Testing Of The Various Machineries And Equipment For The Feed Milling Facility In Camarines Norte For Implementation Under Corn Program 2025 (per Lot Basis). Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two (2) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
