If The System Fails To Meet The Prescribed Specifications And Performance Standards, The Contractor Shall Institute Corrective Measures For The System To Conform To Specifications And Standards As Requirement For Payment. Otherwise, The Procuring Entity Shall Not Accept The Project And Proceed With The Termination Of Contract On The Ground That The Supplier/ Winning Bidder, Who Is In Default, Fails To Perform Its Obligation Under The Contract.
