The Department Of Agriculture (da) – Central Office, Through The Early Procurement Activity (epa) Cy 2025 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Twenty-nine Million Seven Hundred Three Thousand Two Hundred Twenty-one And 52/100 (php29,703,221.52) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Provision Of Janitorial Services Including Pest And Termite Control For Calendar Year 2025 Under Ib No. 003-25. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Da – Central Office Now Invites Bids For The Provision Of Janitorial Services Including Pest And Termite Control For Calendar Year 2025. The Contract Effectivity Will Commence Within Seven (7) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed (ntp) Until December 31, 2025. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two (2) Years, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii.
